The Wellington Division
The Wellington Division is an six book graphic novel by Sarah Mensinga. Currently, four of the six books have been published on the web, mostly in the form of black and white sketches.
Story
The novel takes place in a fantasy setting, and features many intertwining story lines. Most of these story lines revolve around the status of sprites as enslaved by humans, and a prophecy stating that «there will come one who will destroy the oppressor». This prophecy actually functions as a way to keep the sprites in line, since any attempt to rebel without this chosen one is viewed as doomed to failure.
Characters
Tyler and Elise Wellington, two children who were transported from their world to this one through a pair of magical bracelets.
Jase, a sprite origniating from an unknown land, who is seeking revenge on Meridus Ghell for the [...] of his father.
Meridus Ghell, a young nobleman was forced into priesthood and secretly works as a bounty hunter.
The Emperor, a powerful sorcerer who seeks the Wellington children because he wishes to control the bracelets they posses.
