WatchPeopleDie.tv is a webforum that focuses on gore videos and other violent forms of content.

Background

The subreddit r/WatchPeopleDie was banned on March 15, 2019, following the Christchurch mosque shootings, for hosting links to the livestreamed video of the massacre. Following the subreddit's ban, a Telegram channel was created to further continue it. A standalone website was created in 2022 with the same name and focus. The website was Forked from rDrama, a site dedicated to documenting drama on Reddit (with the owners of rDrama later taking a key role in WatchPeopleDie).

Some users of the website have committed their own crimes. The site has consistently banned the perpetrators accounts and those claiming to support them.
