Wajh-i Din

Wajhi din means "Face of the religion". This masterpiece has been written by an Ismaili Hujjat (hujjat-e-badakhshan-o-khorasan) Seyedna Hakeem Pir Nasir Khusrow. This book is a marvellous work on esoteric interpretation of all the practices of sharia. This book was written in the end of the mubarak lifespan of pir-e-kamil. He wrote a book Zad-ul-Musaafireen before this book and rated that book way above all the philosophy of Greeks. His Highness Prince Karim Aga Khan-to the Ismailies known as Mowlana Hazir Imam- said that the thousand years after his lifespan has not made his Qalam(work) dull instead is has inspired more people. This book is a great work on identification of imam, self identification, identification of God and identification of Religion. The book also provides many predictions AbOUT Qaim-ul-qiyamat (the resurrector). It also explains interpretation of many physical rites like Salah, Fasting, Jihad, Adaan, heaven hell etc. The book has 51 topics. It uses a method known as jaml-e-asghar to find wisdom. This method provides that to add all the numbers until you get one single number. For example jaml-e-asghar of 556 would be 5+5+6=16; 1+6= 7
