Vincent A. Coglianese Jr.

Vincent A. Coglianese Jr. (born February 25, 1986), known popularly as Vince Coglianese, is an American conservative radio personality, podcaster, journalist, and editor. He hosts the nationally syndicated radio program The VINCE Show and the VINCE podcast, and serves as editorial director of The Daily Caller.

Early life and education

Coglianese was born on February 25, 1986, the son of Vincent A. Coglianese Sr., a retired United States Marine Corps Major General, and Mary Coglianese. Growing up as a military child on Marine Corps bases, he has described experiencing a strong sense of unity and minimal emphasis on racial divisions in that environment. He attended Elmwood Park Memorial High School in Elmwood Park, New Jersey and was graduated from DeSales University in Center Valley, Pennsylvania with a degree in political science in 2008.

Career

Coglianese began his career in conservative journalism and broadcasting nearly two decades ago, working in radio in eastern North Carolina, where he was talk show host for The Talk Station (WTKF/WJNC) in Morehead City, North Carolina. Before that he served as web editor for CarolinaCoastOnline.com. Coglianese also served as sports anchor for a television program airing on LCTV-10 in Camp Lejeune, North Carolina.

He joined WMAL-FM in Washington, D.C., where he initially co-hosted Mornings on the Mall, which achieved the number-one ranking in the D.C. market during his tenure. He later hosted The Vince Coglianese Show in the afternoon drive time slot (3–6 p.m. ET). In May 2021, he transitioned to the afternoon slot full-time on WMAL.

In March 2025, Coglianese launched The VINCE Show, a live weekday program airing from 12–3 p.m. ET, syndicated nationally by Westwood One through Cumulus Media. The show features his commentary on current events from a conservative perspective.

Coglianese has frequently guest-hosted The Dan Bongino Show and has appeared as a commentator on various television news programs. His engaging style and connections with guests have earned him repeated inclusion in Talkers Magazine's "Heavy Hundred" list of influential talk radio hosts.

In addition to radio, Coglianese serves as editorial director of The Daily Caller, a conservative news and opinion website. He previously held the position of editor-in-chief at the publication before transitioning to his current role.

Podcast

Coglianese also hosts Cumulus Media’s VINCE podcast, produced by Dan Bongino's Silverloch Productions, which relaunched from the former Dan Bongino Show podcast feed and is distributed daily (typically at 10 a.m. ET) on platforms including Rumble. Debuting March 2025, and distributed by the Cumulus Podcast Network, the VINCE podcast ascended rapidly in ratings, starting off at #3 on Triton Digital’s US Podcast Ranker. The show debuted at #7 on the Podtrac March Top Podcasts ranker for the U.S.

The podcast launch coincided with Coglianese’s new syndicated radio show, also produced by Silverloch, now airing on over 250 stations.

Personal life

Coglianese enjoys Italian food, spending time with his dogs, and fly fishing. He resides in the Washington, D.C. with his Alison, an American fashion and style blogger.
