Vikas Chaudhary

Vikas Chaudhary (born 19 January 1977), had been a President, Youth INLD, District Faridabad during 2010 – 2012 and Senior Politician of Indian National Lok Dal Party. He had been the Chairman of Haryana Kabaddi Association and Executive Member of Jaat Samaaj, District Faridabad & Foundation Against Thalassemia.

Personal life

Vikas was born to Sh. Ramchander Chaudhary and Smt. Kusum Lata Chaudhary. He was born in a service class family. He did his schooling from DAV School, Sec 14, Faridabad in the year 1958. He has done Bachelors in Arts from Vinayak Mission University, Tamil Nadu, and my pursuing Masters in Social Services from Jodhpur University. Mr. Vikas has been married to Chitra Chaudhary since 7 July 2003. They have two children, both daughters, Reet Chaudhary and Era Chaudhary.

Political career

During the graduation in the college, He was interested to serve common people with a clear vision to change the current political system of the country. He started participating in political activities while he was a student.

He was actively associated with the Student Union without holding any executive post during the graduation. After seeing his dedication & leadership quality, INLD Party elected him as President of INLD Youth Brigade of District Faridabad.

Haryana Kabbadi Association is well known organization in India, Vikas was elected as Chairman for the Association. During this period, his inclination was to elevate standard on Indian games like kabbadi. He uplifted the said association from scrap and well known & reputed Kabbadi Association.

Mr. Vikas has also been actively involved in the Social Justice. He has been associated with JAAT SAMAJ (An Association of Jaat Community) as Executive Member, and still actively involved. He is holding executive post of Foundation Against Thalassemia.

He also provides free Water Tankers & free Ambulance service for the people of Faridabad. He has organized Blood Donation & Eye Checkup camps many times.

In solidarity with the victim of 2013, 16 December Delhi gang [...], Mr. Vikas lead numerous number of protests and candle light march in Faridabad to oppose the grim situation in safety of women in Delhi and the careless attitude of Delhi Government as well as the top brass of the central government.

Vikas Chaudhary recently did the protest against hike of toll tax on Faridabad - Gurgaon Toll Plaza

During the anti-corruption protests by Anna Hazare Ji, Mr. Vikas Chaudhary was one of the leading politician from Faridabad supporting the cause.
