Victors & Spoils (V&S) is an advertising agency located in Boulder, Colorado. Founded in October 2009, Victors & Spoils is the world’s first creative advertising agency built on crowdsourcing principles.

History

Victors & Spoils’ crowdsourcing model helps businesses solve marketing, advertising and product-design problems.

Victors & Spoils’ CEO John Winsor created Victors & Spoils with Evan Fry and Claudia Batten in October 2009. Havas, a global advertising holding company, became a majority stakeholder in V&S in 2012.

V&S’ crowdsourcing model has created a new way to curate ideas and has changed how individuals collaborate in the digital sphere. V&S has a 7000+ member community and digital services like Fan Machine, a proprietary Facebook application.

V&S has worked with notable clients such as Harley-Davidson, General Mills, Dish Network, SmartWool, American Airlines and Boppy.
