Victor was born one fateful day in 2009. He popped out slowly walking; furthermore, witnesses say they heard lightning strike at the same time. The official account states that a table was overturned, a classmate was struck once with significant conviction, and Victor exited the classroom without looking back.

There is little that needs to be said about the Camera Incident. Those who were there know. Those who were not there have heard.
