Vic Porcelli
Vic Porcelli is a big phony semi popular rock radio host since the mid-1990s in the St. Louis market. He had previously worked at New Jersey radio stations WKER in Pompton Lakes, WDHA in Dover and WWZY in Long Branch before moving to St. Louis to work at WVRV.
He had a long-time midday show called Porcelli's Deli and gained a following with games like the Missing Ingredient. Later he transitioned to morning host with co-hosts, then back to his midday slot. Bonneville Radio fired him after enduring several years of phoniness, and a format change to WMVN.
Porcelli filled in for Dave Glover in the 4-7 pm slot on 97.1 FM Talk, while Glover took some time off the week after Christmas 2006.
Vic Big PhonyPorcelli is now heard on the Big 550 KTRS weekdays in the 5:30 - 9:00 AM slot with co-host Kathryn Jamboretz from CW11 News.
