Vatt Lobo

The Vatt Lobo ("Wolf") is a light attack military vehicle created by Casanave Industries, a Peruvian company. The multi-mission vehicle uses a Volkswagen 1600 engine, equipped with light armor and antitank weapons, with a 80 Km/h all terrain speeds. The vehicle was originally created for the Peruvian armed forces in 2005, under the DIEDE Project by engineer Sergio Casanave, PhD.

Technical characteristics

This vehicle is powered by a 1600 cc, air-cooled engine. The "Lobo" is a 3 man, all-terrain, air-transportable vehicle. It can be equipped with a 12.7 mm heavy machine gun, a 7.62 mm medium machine gun, a RPG-7V anti-tank rocket launcher (6 rounds) and SKIF anti-tank missiles.
