As she found very difficult to walk every day to the temple she requested Melkavil bagavathi for help. She told bagavathi the problem she is facing, pleased by her devotion Melkavil bagavathi told the old lady that Devi will come to vallachira and reside in the temple. By this the old lady can see and pray Devi every day.
