Validator Interview System

Validator is a cross-geographical asynchronous voice-enabled computer based interviewing system, which can create a resume with the voice taken from the interview for a specific for the purpose of recruitment or organizational development. The InterViews are created in a format optimized for conversion to the online medium, which CREATES the challenges of an unbiased and transparent interview, allowing the ratifier to analyze the interview at his or her end in the most objective manner possible – at his/her convenience.

The system has three desktop applications that are used by the backend process and the voice resume is compatible with I.E v 6. This method of interviewing has been used since the year 2000, especially for hiring film and television industry professionals.

Creating the interviews

6X6 is an offline mechanism that sets the interview dynamics for the user experience and the questions to ascertain the job fit. So by the time the face-to-face occurs, the bio res can be used post and pre to the face to face to point the direction of where opportunity lies. both parties know what is expected of them and how to take it ahead. The 6X6 helps frame the questions, representing the requirements of the organization and its search for potential candidates. The process is quick and efficient, and it brings out the attitude of the individual towards the fulfillment of the corporate need in the organization.

History

Resumes by voice are a natural progression of the Validator interview system. The core lies in the grid mechanism that is used to identify what the corporate needs. Which ensure the associates and web of people involved with recruitment have a common basis for seltion and projecting a need as a company as a whole.
