V1 Group Limited (V1 Group) () (previously named as VODone) is a Chinese Beijing-based video and telemedia service corporation which was founded by Zhang Lijun(entrepreneur) in 2005 and listed in Hong Kong in 2006. It operates four businesses: V1 Portal, V1 Broadband, VODone Broadcasting Union System (V1 BUS) and V1 Wireless.

with over 10milliom daily page views in 2005, V1 Group Limited had developed into one of the largest new media group in 2015. The business covers Internet and mobile terminals, including video, games and lotteries. Led by Dr. Zhang Lijun, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the V1 Group Limited, CMGE was listed on the NASDAQ by way of introduction in September 2012. becoming the second listed company under V1 Group Limited. Zhang Lijun was regarded as the "first person to practice introductory listings in China". After a successful capital market operation, V1 Group limited announced the merger of CMGE with Orient Securities on August 11 of 2015, setting a new record of privatizing Chinese stock listed on NASDAQ within 85 days.

Dr. Zhang Lijun, Chairman of V1 Group Limited, was appointed as the senior partner of CICC-Qianhai V1 Fund. In 2017, V1 Group Limited established the Technical Institute of V1 Group Limited which is committed. V1 Group Limited has become a conglomerate of new industries featuring “Internet+Living”.
V1 Group Limited was founded and launched V1.CN in June 2005. With 12 licenses for Internet businesses such as Internet News Information Service Permit, Internet Publication Permit, Information Network Communicated Audio-Video Programme License and so on.
In August 2008, V1 Group Limited was appointed to be the new media partner of the Beijing Olympic Games to sponsor the non-registered reporters’ center of the Beijing Olympic Games.
In September 2008, V1 Group Limited planned and held an event that enabled journalists reporting on the Beijing Olympic Games to leave their handprint on a scroll.
After the Wenchuan earthquake in May 2008, a, V1 Group Limited implemented online live broadcast of the fund-raising charity performance of the Internet industry. It was the only media company that rented a satellite broadcast van during the live broadcast.
In February 2010, V1 Group Limited held the opening show of the first Chinese online Spring Festival Gala.
In October 2011, China Mobile Games and Entertainment Group under V1 Group Limited signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Finland mobile game company ROVIO that developed Angry Birds to develop the game's Chinese version.
In September 2012, China Mobile Games and Entertainment Group was listed on the NASDAQ in US, the first listing of its kind in China’s game industry.
On 11 August 2015, China Mobile Games and Entertainment Group announced the merger of CMGE with Orient Securities.
In December 2015, Zhang Lijun, Chairman of V1 Group Limited was invited to participate in the second World Internet Conference in Wuzhen. As an outstanding representative of Internet entrepreneurs, Zhang Lijun was received by the Chinese President Xi Jinping.
On December 30th of 2015, V1 Group Limited celebrated its 10th anniversary by holding an event using the theme:“We have been together for 10 years”.
In November 2016, Zhang Lijun, Chairman of V1 Group Limited met with Politburo Standing Committee member Liu Yunshan and former Australian Prime Minister Bob Hawke.
In November 2016, the Prime Minister of the British Virgin Islands has made a friendly visit to China. Dr. Zhang Lijun, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the V1 Group Limited and Chairman of China's APEC development council, met and entertained the Prime Minister’s party in the imperial court of the Diaoyutai State Guesthouse. The two sides spoke freely about the friendly exchanges and cooperation between V1 Group Limited and the British Virgin Islands, and laid the foundation for V1 Group Limited to explore business opportunities and engage in chain finance business.
