Concept

The Urban Palette was developed under the premise "urban spaces are abandoned not due to the transformation of culture, misuse or ignorance of the space, but merely due to the community who fails to express their identity." "It connects people of a culture to their past and suggests new IDeaS and insights. When SomeOne leaves behind something positive through art, that CREATES a social change which also empowers the community members who come together to beautify their shared space. Public art is a reflection of how people see the world combined with their own sense of who they are. It helps them realize the place they live in is unique and special."
