University Movers
University Movers is a Santa Barbara, CA based moving company that provides customers with local, nationwide, and worldwide relocation and moving services. University Movers was founded by two University of California, Santa Barbara graduates, one of whom was Joey Maida who became the sole owner of the company in 2006. University Movers is the only moving company in Central California owned by a college graduate. Although University Movers started in 2000 when the founders were still college students, it officially was founded in 2004 when the company registered with the Better Business Bureau. University Movers caters to residential, office, and industrial moving needs with a staff of professionally trained and certified movers.
Community Service
University Movers continuously work to support community development in Santa Barbara by sponsoring local non-profit organizations including Santa Barbara Downtown Organization, United Way, The Teacher's Fund, Santa Barbara [...] Crisis Center, CALM, Unity Shoppe, and Teddy Bear Cancer Foundation.
