University College of Islam Melaka
University College of Islam Melaka known as Kolej Universiti Islam Melaka (KUIM) is a private higher education institute in Malaysia.
History
KUIM was established in 1996 in Kuala Sungai Baru by Melaka Government. It was established under the Act of Private Higher Educational Institutions 1996. It was upgraded to be a university college in 2009.
Degree Accreditation
KUIM courses are accredited by the Malaysian Qualification Agency. The university has students from Cambodia, Singapore, Sri Lanka & graduates can go for higher study in the UK, Australia, Egypt & other countries. KUIM introduced combining Islamic studies with science and psychology at the same platform to reduce the psychological problems in the Islamic community.

The University is offering various undergraduate, graduate programs and diplomas. KUIM is offering Islamic studies, business studies, Syariah law, Islamic banking, nursing, biotechnology and information technology.
