Unique Area Identification Code

The Unique Area Identification Code (UAID) is a 22 digit algorithm produced using the geographic coordinates, shape and size of an area, which when input into a programme that is freely available on www.uaid.org shows the location anywhere in the world of the area that gave origin to that UAID. This Code is used by EurepGAP for Locating and identifying farms registered in the EurepGAP programme.
