The event took place on Saturday, February 06, 2010 at the Palais des Sports in [[Dijon]], [[France]]. The event featured the classic eight-man elimination tournament fought under the K-1 rules (3 min. × 3 rounds + 1 extra round) as well as two WPMF European title fights. On the main event of the evening [[Dmitry Valent]] defended his WKN World title (-76.2kg) against [[Yohan Lidon]]. There was total of 13 fights, featuring fighters from 9 different countries.
