UK Bass Radio
UK Bass Radio is an internet based radio station focusing on Drum 'n' Bass, Jungle & Old skool. The station is on-line 24 hours a day 7 days a week 365 Days a year and features live shows from resident and Guest DJ's. It has a large user base with approximately 1500 - 2000 unique hits per day and a very ACTIVE Forum and Chatroom. UK Bass broadcasts at 5 different bit rates, ranging from 128K stereo, to 28K mono, making it one of the most accessible radio stations on the Internet.
History
UK Bass Radio was created by Overload (AKA Gav) in September 2003, the site started with just a handful of DJ's and slowly built up over the years amounting a large following.
Some of the first DJs and MCs on the station included CJ & Kalaish, Ruffha, Overload and a few others broadcasting only a few hours a day in the evenings. As the station became more known, more DJs joined and the station eventually started streaming 24 hours a day.
