Tulku Sangay Yonten Gyatsho Rinpoche
Tulku Sangay Yonten Gyatsho Rinpoche (UK) is an incarnation of Grate Lama of Sang-NgagCholing Monastery of Pelling West Sikkim, recognised, enthroned him and named him by His Holiness ChatralSangyeDorje Rinpoche. His Eminence Tulku SangayYontenGyatsho Rinpoche finished his Master Degree in Buddhist Philosophy from the Ngagyur Nyingma Institute of Mysore India, as HH Chatral Rinpoche requested personally to His Holiness KyabjéDrubwang Padma Norbu Rinpoche while visiting the Yanglone-Shod, Kathmandu Nepal for the admission to do the further study. By the time he received novice vow from HH Penor Rinpoche with its name "Thubten Sherab Loedrae" and other highest code of vinaya vows.
His Eminence Tulku SangayYontenGyatsho Rinpoche was born on the Fire-Rabbit year of the 17th Rabjung Cycle of Tibetan Calendar, i.e. [5 June 1988] from the womb of Mother "Tika Maya Gurung" and Father "Karna Bahadur Gurung" at Jawbari, Rinchenpong West Sikkim.
To bless the place with his auspicious presence, HE came to Rinchen Chholing Gumpa, Meghi Dara, Rinchenpong, West Sikkim to upholding and propagating Buddhism for the future in an around the world after his study.
