Tériihaérétéi Taaora was a farmer purportedly born in French Polynesia on 14 June 1873 on Raïatéa island. He died 3 January 1991, which would place his age at 117 years and 204 days. However, this has not been validated or confirmed by Guinness World Records, which makes his case a longevity claim.
