Traliant is an American company that provides online workplace compliance training. Founded in 2016 and based in New York, it offers eLearning courses on topics such as [...] harassment prevention, Diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), workplace conduct, and cybersecurity.

History

Traliant was established in 2016 by Mike Palatta and Andrew Rawson. It was founded during a period of growing attention to workplace misconduct in the United States, which increased demand for [...] harassment prevention training.

The company has grown through acquisitions. In December 2023, it acquired Kantola Training Solutions, a provider of harassment prevention and compliance training, and Clear Law Institute, which offers legal compliance training programs.

Traliant entered a training partnership with VirtlX, Sompo International, a specialty insurance and reinsurance company. The company has been cited in industry analyses on compliance training effectiveness.

Training courses

Traliant offers its training through an eLearning platform. Courses are produced using a story-based format.
