Trading Advantage

Trading Advantage is an online trading education provider headquartered in Chicago, IL. Larry Levin, President & Founder, started the company in 1994 after working as a trader in the S&P 500 pit. Trading Advantage offers education for various online trading activities, including trading stocks, Forex, Stock options,futures trading, and ETFs. The educational process involves utilizing their proprietary online trading educational portal, virtual signal classrooms, user friendly technology, and one-on-one mentoring.

Larry Levin

Larry started his career as a runner at the CME group. Eventually he was considered one of the most successful traders in the S&P 500 pit and averaged between 2,500-3,000 S&P contracts each day. Larry then took time off to write a course that educates people how to trade. Eventually in 1994 he formed Trading Advantage, a publishing company, in order to distribute his trading course, The Secrets of Floor Traders. In anticipation of the shift from open outcry pits to an electronic marketplace, Larry enabled Trading Advantage to offer its education geared towards online trading.

Larry has been featured many times on various financial news networks, like CNBC, Bloomberg, and Fox Business Network. During one appearance, Larry was interviewed as a trading expert on CNBC’s Squawk Box “Trading Block” to provide input on the markets and things to watch before the trading day began. In addition to Larry being featured on various news programs, other Trading Advantage educators have also been interviewed as market experts by financial news providers. Scott Bauer and Charles Moon are two instructors that have multiple interviews available for online viewing.

Better Business Bureau (BBB) accredits Trading Advantage and gives the company a rating of A-. BBB provides feedback of the A- rating by citing “ [Trading Advantage] meets the BBB accreditation standards, which include a commitment to make a good faith effort to resolve consumer complaints.”
