Torrenza Mazatlan

Torrenza Towers Condos & Spa will be two high-rise located at Avenida Rodolfo T. Loaiza, Playa Las Gaviotas, in the city of Mazatlan state of Sinaloa in Mexico. To be precise the two towers named Milan and Florence will become the tallest skyscrapers in the Mexican Pacific, taller than the 2000 Oceanic located in the city of Acapulco.

The developer of the residential complex is COVI Desarrollos, while Skylines Steel is responsible for structural engineering.

Form

• The towers will measure 469 feet tall and have a total of 70 floors. Its use is exclusively residential
• It will have 6 high speed elevators which will move at a speed of 21 feet per second
• The total area of the towers will be 6,000,000 cubic feet and useful space of 545,000 square feet

Important Details

• Construction began in June 2008 with an investment of $8 million. COVI Desarrollos will be in charge of design
• The towers are named, Milan and Florence
• Colonel Jaime Lizarraga of COVI Developments is the architect of this complex
• We have 35 departments
• Torrenza Towers will be the first intelligent building of Mazatlan
