Tori Christ
Tori Christ (born May 15, 1992) is an American soccer player from Amherst, NY. She currently plays for Västerås BK30 in Sweden.
Early life
Christ was born on May15, 1992 in Amherst, New York to Philip Christ and Betty Murphy.
Christ played her high school soccer at Nardin Academy where she broke the WNY shutout record with 12 and was named All-New York State First Team, All-Western New York, Monsignor Martin Athletic Association MVP and a three-time First Team All-Catholic all-star.
Collegiate career
Christ attended Cornell University where she played as a goalkeeper for the Cornell Big Red. She was the first goalkeeper to serve as two-time captain since 1985/1986 and lead the Ivy League in saves in 2012 with 88 saves. Christ has been named a "Top 20 Junior Athlete" and three-time Randy May Coach's Award winner.
