AbOUT Tobi Faith Ajet
Tobi Faith Ajet is a Nigerian author, playwright, and creative AI director from Osun State, southwestern Nigeria. Born on 8 May 1993, Tobi was raised in Abuja, Nigeria, and is currently based in the United Kingdom.
Tobi holds a bachelor’s degree in English and Literature from the University of Abuja and a master’s degree in Project Management from the University of Sunderland.
Afrocentric in creative outlook, Tobi’s work is deeply influenced by African identity, culture, faith, resilience, and social reflection. As a lover of God, Tobi approaches storytelling with a desire to explore truth, human struggle, morality, dignity, and the need for positive change within society.
Career
Ajet's creative work includes fiction, stage drama and visual storytelling. Her writing addresses themes including African cultural identity, migration, social justice, family, gender inequality and social change.

- Blood in Our Delta and Other Short Stories – a collection of short fiction centred on Nigerian experiences and social realities.
- My Southern Love – a stage play concerning xenophobia and the experiences of Africans in South Africa.
- Genocide on a Love Day – a dramatic work concerning love, migration and human tragedy in a conflict setting.
Creative direction
Ajet has also worked on projects combining storytelling with emerging digital and artificial-intelligence-based visual technologies. Her creative work includes adaptations and visual concepts based on literary and dramatic material.
