AbOUT
TimeTrade has two products: TimeTrade Enterprise Scheduling Application (TESA) – a web-based solution for enterprises and the mid-market – and TimeDriver, a web-based personal appointment scheduler.
TESA automates high-transaction, multi-resource, multi-location appointment scheduling processes. It is used by retailers, government agencies, financial services providers, healthcare providers and universities. Appointments can be scheduled 24/7 and can be synchronized with a client’s Microsoft Outlook calendar. TESA has real-time reporting providing management visibility into day-to-day operations and can be integrated with other systems such as CRM.
TimeDriver enables Web users to add a self-service scheduling link to Web pages and emails to schedule sales or other business meetings. It is an appointment invitation system used by sales professionals, entrepreneurs, executives, consultants, service providers and anyone who wants to invite others to schedule a personal interaction with them – on the phone or in person. TimeDriver books appointments into a user’s Outlook or Google Calendar.
Both TESA and TimeDriver are rules-based, configurable and scalable.
Customers using TimeTrade software include Bosley and Sprint.
TimeTrade was founded in 2000 and is based in Tewksbury, MA.
In 2009, the company released a study that found customers are willing to wait for services no more than 10 to 20 minutes, depending on the type of service.
