Timothy William Buckley (April 1981–present) is a webcomic artist noted for the Ctrl+Alt+Del webcomic.

Tim Buckley's webcomic was started in September 2002, which he launched on October 23, 2002. At that time he knew almost nothing about webcomics, and it was merely a project for his portfolio. Though the art was unshaded and basic in the beginning, the artwork, style and popularity of the strip has grown phenomenally over the past few years.

By 2003, Buckley's was attending comic conventions as a guest. Buckley started attending conventions such as ConnectiCon, Otakon, Nekocon, Katsucon, Ubercon and even E³ 2005.

In 2004 he released the first collection of his comic strips in book form. A follow-up volume 2 came a year later.

In 2005 a group of webcomic artists (including Tim) rallied their readers and raised $34,000 to Save Connecticon. Connecticon is a favorite convention of webcomics that was in financial trouble.

In 2006 Tim hosted the first Digital Overload, a big LAN party for Ctrl+Alt+Del fans, where he could hang out and play video games with readers of his comic.

Buckley regularly supports charities on his website. Past charities include supporting the troops overseas, Tristan's Wheels (a fundraiser to buy a handicapped van for a little boy in a wheelchair), Child's Play, Hurricane Katrina relief efforts and St. Jude's Children's hospitals

He makes a living as a cartoonist, and lives in New Haven, Connecticut.
