3VLSI’s Career Sales Development Program (CSDP) was created to enable aspiring sales professionals to gain experience and assistance with job placement. CSDP combines classroom and computer–based instruction with live-fire sales experience. It's a paid full time, 30–day program that includes instructor–led sessions AND real-life selling experience. Participants learn how to prospect, qualify, set appointments, and sell products and services. They are on the phones making calls to actual prospects from day one. Throughout the program, participants are monitored, graded, and tested. This hands-on, experiential approach distinguishes CSDP and ensures that graduates have a solid foundation in the fundamentals of the sales process, with a strong emphasis on solution selling.
