They Say

They Say is the first release from the self-titled debut album by the Alternative metal band Scars on Broadway. It was released on the official website on March 28th, 2008 after a timer counting down to 15:00 PST ended. The songs consists of 4 power chords (Eb, Ab, F# and F) repeated for almost the entire song, while 2 other power chords (F and Bb) are played throughout the chorus.
