TheToyBank, was founded by Vijay Goel (now the Minister of Youth Affairs and Sports) in 1987. It was cofounded by Vidyun Goel. It is based in delhi. It is headquartered in Delhi and working in Uttarakhand, Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh, Delhi, Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra, Odisha and Manipur.

How does it works
The toys are distributed systematically according to the age group and mental make-up of the children. For example, a toy given to an anganwadi kid not the same as given to a 12 year old. Similarly, an autistic child is given light and sound toy.
