The Water Resort at Pigeon Forge is comprised of seven modern high-rise condominium buildings surrounding a 35,000+/- sq. ft. Indoor Waterpark which is enclosed in a glass pyramid. Developed by DionasWhelchel Properties, the 336-unit condominium resort is currently under construction and is expected to be completed by Fall 2007.
