It was founded in 1996 by three former Directors of Faulds Advertising and now employs over 60 staff. The company has a sister agency, Union Digital, which specialises in direct marketing, and a specialist division, Union Digital which has expertise in web build and online marketing. The company also has sister companies Union Direct, specialising in direct marketing, and Union Connect which specialises in sales promotion and field marketing.
