The Secret Art of Seamm Jasani is a 2003 book by Asanaro, senior teacher of the Mmulargan School.
The book presents the principles and practice of Seamm-Jasani, said by its proponents to be an ancient Tibetan martial art consisting of slow and fluid movements. The book purports that training the movement system provides the benefits of making one look and feel younger than their biological age, increases health, and provides inner peace, calm, and relaxation.
The book's author claims that more than 10,000 years ago in the ancient Himalayan Mountains an ancestral civilization committed itself to the study and development of Seamm Jasani, or the Science and Art for Eternal Youth. The author also claims that this art, kept in close secrecy for millennia, and is revealed for the first time in the guidebook. The teachings focus on cultivating the powers of the individual's mind, the harmony of movements, and the discovery of internal potentialities.
This system is said to be designed to increase vitality, balance, and "Inner Energy". It consists of slow and fluid movements that aim at improving coordination and strengthen equilibrium between body and mind through various breathing and movement techniques. In particular, Seamm-Jasani teaches a combination of relaxation, active motion, and breathing exercises.
