The Plaza in Clayton Residential Tower

The Plaza in Clayton Residential Tower is a tall postmodern residential skyscraper located on 150 Carondelet Plaza in Downtown Clayton, Missouri. It was built in 2002 and has 30 floors. When it was built it was the tallest building in Clayton, as of January 2026 it is the 2nd-tallest building in Clayton. The building also is the tallest residential building in Clayton.

The building is one of the two towers that make up The Plaza in Clayton complex, the other one being a 16-story Class A office tower.

The building was designed by Smallwood, Reynolds, Stewart, Stewart who also designed RBC Gateway in Minneapolis, Ooredoo Tower in Doha, 3344 Peachtree in Atlanta, and the Hearst Tower in Charlotte.
