The Kuningan Place
The Kuningan Place is an apartment and office complex located in Kuningan, Jakarta, Indonesia. The building is composed of 3 towers—namely Infinia, Lumina and Ultima tower—that will also house a 1,200 seat church auditorium on the 2nd, 3rd and 4th floor. It has been described by Charisma Magazine as "one of the most impressive church facilities in Indonesia."
The Kuningan Place is located at the heart of Setiabudi business district in South Jakarta. The building's neighbours include the Rasuna Epicentrum superblock, MMC Hospital, and Menteng residential areas.
The building will house 351 apartment and office units, with 90% of them has been sold as of October 2007.
Progress
As of the 1st week of October 2007, the 3rd, 2nd and 1st basement has been completely covered in concrete. The work has begun on pouring the concrete on the 1st and 2nd level.
