The Irish Legal 100
The Irish Legal 100 is an annual list created by The Irish Voice Newspaper1 to honor the Irish is the legal profession internationally. Hundreds are nominated each year for their dedication and superior achievements in the legal profession; all are dedicated to their Irish heritage. Says Niall O'Dowd2, founding publisher of The Irish Voice Newspaper, AbOUT the Irish Legal 100:

The 2009 Irish Legal 100 reception and award ceremony took place on November 11, 2009 at the home of Irish Ambassador, Michael Collins, in Washington, DC.
The 2009 Irish Legal 100 includes lawyers such as Chief Justice Roberts, Associate Justice Anthony Kennedy, Brendan Sullivan from Willliams & Connolly, Patrick Fitzgerald - US Attorney from the Northern District of Illinois, Greg Craig - former White House Counsel, John J Sullivan - former General Counsel of the United States Department Of Commerce, Samantha Power - Pulitzer prize winning author, Richard Daley - Chicago Mayor, and Martin O'Malley - Maryland Governor.
