The Fluno Center
The Fluno Center is a center for higher education located on the University of Wisconsin–Madison campus in Madison, Wisconsin.
Overview
The Fluno Center is used as a total-immersion center used by companies and individuals. Companies can send employees and individuals can visit on their own to take classes. The classes are taught by the university's faculty or special guest speakers and teachers. Many of the classes are a week long. During the week, guests can stay in the hotel-like rooms on the fourth through the seventh floors. There is a dining room that offers breakfast, lunch, and dinner every day.
Classrooms and Auditorium
There are four classrooms, eight breakout rooms, and three case study rooms used for classes. All of the rooms can be rearranged depending on how the group wants it. They all can have white boards and projectors. The auditorium is fully equipped with a screen, projector, and computer. There is always an AV technician available.
Dining Room
Breakfast and lunch are usually served as a buffet every day, while dinner is usually off a menu. The food is all prepared in the kitchen on site by top quality chefs.
Banquet Room and Events
There is a banquet room on the eighth floor called the Skyview Room that can be used for many different events. The dining room can also be rented out for these events. These events can be anything like class reunions to speaker events. There can be a hosted or cash bar, with hors d'oeuvres or a full dinner.
The Study Pub
The Fluno Center Includes a full bar on the 8th floor called the study pub. It includes a pool table and two TVs.
