The Embodiment

The Embodiment refers to a socio-political and philosophical paradigm shift on the order of The Enlightenment. It is positied by enactivists, embodiment theorists and ethical and cognitive scientists.

It integrates the values of embodiment and enactivist theory. It is seen in opposition to The Singularity. In fact, science fiction writers have written of a time in which followers of the two potential futures come to violent conflict. In the present day, philosophers from both camps are deeply entrenched, suggesting little resolution.
