The series revolves around several Fourth Graders of a town named ''East Bay'' who discover that their town May Be haunted by various mysteries. Sam, Anne, Fred, and others tag along for each different mystery that has to be solved after taking a vow. <br>
Each mystery must be solved!

''Gordon Jones'' recently stated that each book would be a children book with a length of AbOUT 70 to 100 pages. He also stated that his inspiration for the book was [[The Bailey School Kids]] series.
