Terri Francis

Terri Francis (born February 1986) is an Australian businesswoman and lawyer who is the co-founder and chief executive officer of Real American Beer (RAB).

She also co-founded Real American Freestyle (RAF), and was the global vice president of AB InBev.

Education

Francis graduated from University of Notre Dame Australia in 2008 with a Bachelor of Laws.

She then attended University of Melbourne, where she earned a Graduate Diploma in Law in 2012.

Career

Francis worked as an associate of Norton Rose Fulbright from 2009 to 2016. While there, she assisted EasyJet in their acquisition of a new aircraft fleet from Airbus.

She worked for AB InBev from 2017 to 2022 as their global vice president and general counsel.

Francis worked as general counsel for the food technology company NotCo from 2023 to 2024.

In 2024, Francis co-founded Real American Beer (RAB) with Chad Bronstein and Hulk Hogan. She serves as chief executive officer of the company.

Francis co-founded Real American Freestyle (RAF) with Chad Bronstein and Hulk Hogan in 2025.

She resides in the New York City metropolitan area.
