Telluride Tourism Board

Telluride Tourism Board is a community non-profit organization that is funded by the Town of Telluride, Mountain Village and San Miguel County in Colorado, USA. The Telluride Tourism Board is dedicated to providing visitors with the most up-to-date information and ensuring that vacations to the Telluride region are easy, efficient and enjoyable.

The Telluride Tourism Board also oversees operation of the Telluride Visitor Center and Telluride Central Reservations.

Heritage
This tourism hub's story first began with the Ute Indian's summer migrations to the area, followed by the silver mining boom in the late nineteenth century. Telluride Historic District is listed on the National Register of Historic Places and is one of Colorado's 20 National Historic Landmarks.



Winter tourism activities and attractions

In the winter months, Telluride tourism revolves largely around skiing and snowboarding at Telluride Ski Resort, but the area boasts a wide range of other winter activities for locals and tourists alike, including ice climbing, ice skating, ice fishing, sledding, snowmobiling, nordic skiing and more.

Summer tourism activities and attractions

When summer rolls around, most tourists flock to the region to enjoy one of the many outdoor festivals that pack Telluride's festival and event calendar. Telluride's signature summer events include the Telluride Film Festival, Telluride Bluegrass Festival and Mountainfilm in Telluride. Other summer activities involve mountain biking, camping, golfing, hiking and more.
