History

Established in 2009 in Las Vegas, US, the company ventured with the tech support business serving local home technology users. In 2010 it moved its operation base to India considering the rich availability of highly skillful IT workforce there in order to make the services more coherent, cohesive and competitive.

However, the major expansion happened in the year 2013 with the inclusion of Canada and Australia. The tech support delivery module was also revamped with the inclusion of In-Home and In-Store options targeting home users. In-Home aims towards facilitating on-site technical help while the latter is to provide services akin to a local repair center or service center. Launch of BackupRunner to facilitate cloud-based data backup and recovery solutions to consumers and businesses; techSTORE to offer e-shopping for computers, entertainment gadgets, and software; and Fonebell to provide business collaboration tools transformed the company into a group of companies. Techvedic entered into the business partnerships with software vendors like AVG, Intuit, Microsoft, etc., and leading OEMs including Dell and HP to become the authorized reseller of their products. The company expanded its legacy tech support portfolio with the induction of Small and Medium Business IT support covering desktop management, server management, network management, and data management. Simultaneously, it launched the CIO (Chief Information Officer) service which means provisioning a dedicated IT expert to manage the entire business IT system.
