Taylor gifts

Taylor Gifts is a privately held mail order catalog company started in 1952. Originally started as a one man business by B.L. Taylor, Taylor Gifts currently mails two different catalogs to tens of millions of consumers per year.

The original catalog, titled Taylor Gifts, specializes in unique gifts, novelty products, as seen on TV gadgets, and home decor items. The core philosophy of the company, as stated by B.L. Taylor in 1972, is that "people won't buy by mail order what they can get in the corner store," which is why the majority of Taylor Gifts products are not sold in retail stores. Examples of recent catalog cover items include the One Touch Can Opener, the Listen Up Personal Sound Amplifier, and the SUPER-Absorbent Micro Fiber Bath Mat.

The second catalog, Get Organized, was created in 1994 and features home organization and space saving products. Recent cover items include the HangMax Hanging Compression Bags, Non-Stick Teflon Oven Liners, and the EZ Fold Step Stool.
