Taseer Badar
"Taseer" Ahmed Badar (born October 1, 1974) is an American entrepreneur, businessman and philanthropist. Mr. Badar is a Co-Founder, President and Chief Executive Officer of ZT Wealth, Inc. He also Co-founded Altus Healthcare Management Services, Inc and serves as its Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and Founding Managing Partner. He serves as the Chief Executive Officer at Oprex Surgery (Beaumont), L.P. He serves as Manager, President, and Secretary of Altus Lake Jackson, L.P. and Altus Lake Jackson Realty, L.P.
Early life and education
Taseer Badar have grown up in Humble, Texas. Taseer is a proud Pakistani-American with a deep connection to his roots.
He earned his Bachelors of Business Administration in Entrepreneurship & Finance from the Mays School of Business at Texas A&M University in 1995.
Early career
Mr. Badar began his financial services career with Morgan Stanley Dean Witter & Co., founding ZT Global Investments, ZT Wealth's predecessor company, in 1997. He serves as a Member of the Chairman's Circle at One World Bank in Dallas, Texas. He also serves as the Executive Director of Zt Wealth Core Partners, L.P. He serves as a Director of Altus Healthcare Management Services, Inc. and Plains State Bank. He serves as a Member of the Board of Advisors at Wallis State Bank.
Texas A&M has given him four consecutive "Aggie 100" awards (2007–2010), and ZT Wealth has been nominated for the 2011 award.
Personal life
Taseer Badar has been married to Zohra R. Badar and has a son named Daaniyal.
Although he splits most of his time between Houston and New York, wealth-management guru Taseer Badar, 41, has a chic approach to style that’s all European. The 6-foot-3 CEO of ZT Wealth and Altus Health knows how to rock an Emporio Armani suit—accessorizing with simple but purposeful choices—in the boardroom and on the town. “I like to look at different runway shows and mix and match them myself,” he says. “Fashion is your own art. It sounds kind of cliche, but I think it just comes from within.”
