Synopsis

When trying on a Vegas showgirl outfit, it finally hit her. A lifetime of fast-food and poor eating habits had left Jenna Norwood out of shape. With a tip of the headdress to Morgan Spurlock, she traveled from Florida to San Diego, where she enrolled in a thirty day raw food detox program. It wasn't easy - the twin distractions of Chinese food and Burger King were right across the street, but the costume provided strong motivation. She spoke to doctors, experts, celebrities and others who follow the raw food LifeStyle. At the end of the program, she came back to Florida and the film illustrates the way her health had improved, and finally, it was time to give the showgirl costume another try.
