Summer Enrichment Program
The Summer Enrichment Program located at University of Northern Colorado in Greeley, Colorado is a summer camp for gifted and talented children entering grades 5-10. SEP consists of two sessions, each two weeks long. Session One for 2008 is from July 6th-19th. Session Two is from July 20th-August 2nd. The 2008 cost is $1,425.
History
The Beginning
Started in 1977 by the University of Northern Colorado's Dr. George Betts, ED.D.1, a Professor of special education for the College of Education and Behavioral Sciences at UNC.

- 10:20-11:35 a.m., Period 2
- 11:35 a.m.-12:50 p.m., Lunch
- 12:50-2:05 p.m., Period 3

- 3:30-5 p.m., Afternoon Options
- 5-7 p.m., Dinner & Free Time
- 7-8:30 p.m., Nighttime Activities

Young Child Program
The Young Child Program is designed for gifted and talented children from age 4 till the 4th grade. It is a day camp founded in 1980 preceding the Summer Enrichment Program.
Leadership Enrichment Program
The Leadership Enrichment Program is designed for gifted and talented students entering grades 11 and 12. It is a coed program succeeding the Summer Enrichment Program.
