Stivichall Primary School

Stivichall Primary School is situated in the Green Lane area of Coventry, on the city border with Warwickshire. The current Head Teacher is Mr. Chris Rose after returning from work for the Coventry LEA. The current deputy headteacher is Mr. M Baldwin. The school has approxametly 535 students, and that is set to rise in September 2008. The school has extremely good Year 6 SAT results, being some of the best in Coventry.

New School Build

Stivichall's current building was a hospital in the early 1930s, later turning into a Junior school after the Second World War. In late 2000, there were plans from Coventry City Council to rebuild all of The Primary Schools in Coventry. Other schools in Coventry were rebuilt, but Stivichall Primary wasn't, due to planning permissions. After a period of approximately four years, the building commenced on the 22nd of October 2007. It is set to be completed in the summer of 2008.
