Steven D'Argenio
Steven D'Argenio born January 1 1963 in the Bronx, New York City. Raised on Long Island (Suffolk County) and now resides in northern Virginia where he is a Vice President of an industry-leading satellite communications company. College BBA Degree 1985 from Dowling University in Oakdale, New York. Graduate of St. Anthony's High School on Long Island in 1981.
Avid poker player and student of the game with high placed cash finishes at the January 2007 Borgota Winter Poker WPT (World Poker Tour), the April 2007 Turning Stone Casino East Coast Poker Classic, and the 2007 Main Event of the World Series of Poker held in July 2007 at the Rio Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas. Part owner of several thoroughbred race horses since 1999 through the present. Additional hobbies and passions include being ACTIVE in the founding and development of adult and youth recreational flag football leagues and summer camp programs in the Northern Virginia area. Believed to have created the first ever sports league web site of any kind back in 1995.
Suffers from Tinnitus (ringing in the ear) as a result of a bad nose and ear infection in the year 2000 and is deaf in his right ear. Steven D'Argenio has since joined and become an active member of the Tinnitus Association Support Group Center assisting new and existing Tinnitus sufferers.
