Sshiaga-llat

Sshiaga-llat (not world in a rough translation) is a mythological god adored centuries ago by ancient different people from the Sumerians to the Asturians under various different names. It is usually mistaken by the H.P. Lovecraft mythos of Azathoth as both are creatures of chaos and entities of entropy, but while Azathoth is more a concept, an idea, Sshiaga-llat May Be real at least in some senses of reality.

Some cultures called it only by adjectives like god, old one and bringer. Its real name, heard only by some who are said to become insane, can be described as an alien sound, impossible to be accurately pronounced by any human being, a mix of wave static and big birds sound.

Sshiaga-llat is a very old and very powerful creature that exists since immemorial times. It does not exist in our reality in a material form, but its influence has always been felt. Sshiaga-llat is a being of chaos; its presence causes structural damage to our reality, bending the laws of physics and creating natural disasters.

For unknown motives, its influence decayed drastically in the last 2000 years maybe by being submitted by other god, and the cults to it disappeared or got dormant.

There are no references to cults that worship the entity in the time being.

Its form is also unknown, described as dysmorphic and impossible. Some rituals allow a chosen believer to see the creature, at the cost of its own sanity.
