Sqlspace

SqlSpace is a popular political and religious Breaking News website based in the US. Breaking news stories are posted to SqlSpace by users worldwide and then can be commented on by other registered users. The main tenet of the site is free speech and open discussion. This is where the site gets it full name SqlSpace – No Censorship Zone.
Because of SqlSpace’s no censorship policy views tend to be wide-ranged and the site manages to stay away from leaning too far left or right on the political spectrum. The Mainstream News section has broken a number of stories prior to having these stories reported by other recognized outlets. In fact, many times users will post their experiences to news while it is actually happening in their area of the world.
Sqlspace contains an Opt In section that provides editorials and produces content that has in the past been placed on the main page of Digg * one of the Web 2.0 darlings.

ORIGINS

The site was originally developed regarding MySQL and Microsoft SQL database discussion (hence the name SQLspace). With some offshoot topics such as a discussion page about Nostradamus (a personal interest to the originator of SqlSpace), but has since blossomed into a multi-faceted discussion page.
